i'm inspired by grace to make a post. yeah it's been a while.
i dislocated and sprained my knee on the anniversary of our nation's independence. so i've had a lot of time to do nothing. i've watched twelve hours of buffy the vampire slayer since. i have no regrets.
so let's see... i guess i'll be starting grad school at umich in the fall. don't know how i'm going to pay for it yet but we'll see. i've been working fifty to seventy five hours a week so hopefully that helps.
writing in this makes me think of my teen angst days. it makes me think of a boy i once liked in high school. the past four years, i always assumed he was around. or maybe moved somewhere and made something of himself like i always thought he would. but here on livejournal, i find out that none of that is true.
which really reminds me that i no longer have the need to attribute positive characteristics to boys (or would referring to them as men lend more authority to my experience?) that simply aren't there. at least i hope so because i think i've found the guy who says exactly the right thing. and hopefully it's not just to get in my pants.
